Effective performance appraisal is one in which the only focus of the supervisor/manager is to measure the performance of the team, and manage the team’s contribution to the organization over the period under review. Whereas this sounds and straightforward; when the manager in charge is not properly trained then a lot of unsavoury troubles arise. This course has been design to help participants conduct better, effective performance appraisals and to avoid the common pitfalls.
